2022 ATAR Results

The results for our Year 12 students have been released and our initial analysis completed using the results of those students who gave the College prior permission to receive this data. It has been a wonderful outcome for the students and Clayfield College. These results have been achieved owing to the efforts of our hard-working students, inspirational teachers, and supportive parents and family members.

The College is incredibly proud of all students’ performance, and celebrates the achievements of each of them. As an academically inclusive school, we value diversity and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to follow and unlock their passion. The student leaders’ vision of “Leaders of Connection” enriched the lives of all our students during 2022.

In 2022, the information for Clayfield College released by QTAC today about ATAR achievement indicates the following.

  • 6% of students achieved an ATAR greater than 99
  • 29% of ATAR candidates obtained an ATAR greater than or equal to 95
  • 53% of ATAR candidates obtained an ATAR greater than or equal to 90
  • 85% of ATAR candidates obtained an ATAR greater than or equal to 80

I also congratulate 8 of our students who will be receiving an Academic Commendation from the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) for receiving an A grade in 6 General Subjects and 23 students who completed VET Certificate qualifications and Diploma courses. There were 7 students who completed an AQF Certificate II, III or IV and 16 students who completed an AQF Diploma.

Additionally, 12 students received an early offer for their chosen tertiary course.

We are incredibly pleased with these overall results.

To the class of 2022, who have each demonstrated commitment, dedication and resilience throughout their final school year, well done. I wish to acknowledge the incredible work of our teaching staff who have supported the students in achieving their wonderful results.

We look forward to celebrating these results at our Scholars’ Assembly at the commencement of the 2023 school year.
