How to apply

To begin your son or daughter’s Clayfield journey, complete our online Application for Enrolment form. A non-refundable Application for Enrolment fee is $275 payable at the time of application

In summary: 

  • Your child’s name will be placed onto our waitlist. From that time, you will receive regular communication from us including The Clayfield Collective, our weekly newsletter. 
  • If a place is available, your child will be invited for an interview at an appropriate time. The timing is dependent on their year level of entry.

Applications and interviews for all other year levels are considered and are subject to availability.
  • Places are offered in writing shortly after the interview process.
  • You may accept, defer or decline the letter of offer. 
  • To accept the offer, you must complete relevant enrolment documentation, along with the payment of a non-refundable $1,000 acceptance fee.
  • In the year prior to commencement, a $2,000 confirmation fee is payable in the September, which is then deducted from your first Term’s fees.
