The Enrolment Registration Fee, Enrolment Acceptance Fee and Administration Fee are non-refundable and are payable on acceptance of an Enrolment Offer. Upon receipt of these payments and one semester’s fees, the College will issue the eCoE and CAAW certificates.

The tuition fees include services, capital, locker and camp levies (all-inclusive). The tuition fee does not include extra-curricular charges and hire fees (eg music instrument hire, trips and tours). These and special excursions will be costed on an individual basis and separately shown on your fee statement.

School Holiday Homestay Fee

An amount of $600.00 per family per year is a tax-deductible voluntary contribution. All families are encouraged to participate.

Fees

  • Fees are in Australian dollars and are effective from 1 January each year. Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Commencing students are required to pay 50% of one year’s fees (2 terms) in advance in order for the College to issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) and Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW). Fees thereafter are required to be paid one semester (half year) in advance.
  • A 2.50% discount will be granted on tuition and boarding fees to parents who elect to pay the Annual College fees by Wednesday 10 January 2024.
  • Boarding fees include accommodation, food, health centre, laundry, residential and supervisory staff services and some weekend activities.
  • Families requiring a formal arrangement for settlement of school fees beyond the due date will require a direct debit to be set up with the College.
  • The tuition fees quoted do not include extra-curricular or music instrument hire charges. These and special excursions are costed on an individual basis.
  • Commencing students are required to pay their Overseas Health Cover in advance for the full period of their course up to 15 March after their course completion.


College Policy

  • The College reserves the right to vary the Fee Schedule upon notice to the Fee Payer. If an account is outstanding without formal arrangement, a late payment charge of $60.00 (incl GST) may be applied in the first instance fourteen (14) days after the due date and then every thirty (30) days thereafter.
  • One (1) Term’s notice of the student’s withdrawal from the College, or change of status from Boarder to Day Student, must be provided in writing as per the Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations (to avoid fees being charged in lieu of notice + GST). Notice must be received by the first day of Term 4 where changes are proposed from Term 1 in the following year.

Sibling Discount

In the case of one or more siblings attending the College at the same time, a discount of 15% for each additional sibling off the tuition fees applies. In the case where an older sibling attends another PMSA School a 10% discount will apply. Where an older sibling attends another PMSA school, the Application for Sibling Discount form, which is available from the Business Office, must be completed.
