How to apply

To begin your son or daughter’s Clayfield journey, complete our online Online Enrolment Form. A non-refundable Application for Enrolment fee is $275 payable at the time of application

In summary:

  • Your child’s name will be placed onto our waitlist. From that time, you will receive regular communication from the College including The Clayfield Connection, which will be emailed to you each term.
  • Your child will be invited to attend an enrolment interview at an appropriate time. The timing is dependent on their year level of entry. Subject to a place being available, and a successful enrolment interview, a formal offer of a place at the College will be made in writing.

    Applications and interviews for all other year levels are considered and are subject to availability.
    • Places are offered in writing shortly after the interview process.
    • You may accept, defer or decline the letter of offer. 
    • To accept the offer, you must complete relevant enrolment documentation, along with the payment of a non-refundable $1,000 acceptance fee.
    • In the year prior to entry, a non-refundable $2,000 confirmation fee is payable in the June, which is then deducted from your first Term’s fees upon commencement.
