Hannah is recognised for her exceptional leadership, medical expertise, and commitment to community service. Since graduating as School Captain and DUX in 2006, she has built a distinguished career in Anaesthetics and Pain Management in North Queensland.
As Clinical Director of the North Queensland Persistent Pain Service at Townsville University Hospital, she leads a multidisciplinary team supporting people living with chronic pain. Under her direction, the service has expanded into regional and remote communities and strengthened partnerships across the region. She is particularly committed to improving evidence‑based treatment for women and girls experiencing pelvic pain and endometriosis.
Hannah has received numerous academic honours and is a Fellow of multiple medical colleges, with a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. A dedicated educator and mentor, she continues to shape healthcare across North Queensland and inspire future clinicians.

For service to her community

Jocelyn, who is the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with the Ministry of Justice and Community Services in Port Vila, has dedicated her career to strengthening systems that support communities across Vanuatu. Since joining the Ministry in 2016, she has led the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, shaping policy work and improving planning, delivery and accountability across the sector. She drove the first coordinated data collection process aligned with the Vanuatu 2030 National Sustainable Development Plan and established the Ministry’s first Sector M&E Network to encourage shared learning.
During her Master of Public Administration and Policy at ANU, Jocelyn took part in the Australia Awards Women Leading and Influencing Program, where her leadership was featured as a program case study. Through AWLI and DFAT‑supported initiatives, she contributed to the MY Pacific concept, engaging boys and young men as partners in gender equality. Joceyln’s earlier work with World Vision, ADRA Vanuatu, JICA and Pacific development programs reflects her commitment to organisational growth and community‑focused progress.

Judy is a nursing‑focused bioscientist whose career has centred on helping students understand the science behind chronic disease. During her PhD with patients undergoing coronary angioplasty, she discovered a passion for making complex concepts clear for nursing students, and that focus has shaped her teaching across Australian universities.
She is known for putting students first and building confidence in subjects many find daunting. Her influence also reaches beyond the university through her lead authorship of Understanding Pathophysiology, widely used to strengthen clinical reasoning.
Judy also provides education for registered nurses at Caboolture and Redcliffe Hospitals, and her contributions have been recognised through university awards and a Senior Fellowship of the UK Higher Education Academy.

While completing her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) at UQ, Winnie earned major recognitions including the Saudi Aramco Scholarship for Excellence, the Hawken Memorial Prize and the Ching’s Family Prize, each highlighting her capability.
Winnie has become an influential voice in the UQ engineering community, starting with Skirts in Engineering and later holding senior roles in the Engineering Undergraduate Society, where she connected students with industry partners and supported its rapidly growing membership. Her commitment to inspiring future engineers is clear in her work as a Women in Engineering Student Leader, delivering workshops for senior school students. She has also excelled in innovation challenges, from a circular‑economy sustainability competition to recognition at the CHEMECA hackathon for a hydrogen transport solution.
With meaningful industry experience and a passion for sustainability, Winnie is well placed to shape the future of engineering and contribute widely to her community.

Steve has made a significant and sustained contribution to our College through many years of dedicated service across leadership, community engagement and hands‑on support. As a valued member of both the Clayfield College Advisory Council and the Clayfield College Foundation, he has helped shape the College’s long‑term direction and growth. His insight has strengthened philanthropic initiatives, guided decision‑making and ensured our focus remains on what is best for students.
Beyond his formal roles, Steve has been an active and approachable presence as a parent of three Clayfield students. Through the P&F Association, he has shown a willingness to help wherever needed — assisting at events, supporting volunteers and contributing quietly behind the scenes.
