Enrolment Policy

Application for Enrolment

Application for enrolment at Clayfield College can be completed two ways. These are:

  • Online enrolment registration via the Enrol Online page.
  • Completion and submission of the Enrolment Registration Form together with a copy of the child's birth certificate, and, where applicable, a copy of the student’s most recent school reports and NAPLAN results.

Please note the submission must be accompanied with the non-refundable Registration Fee (please refer to the current Schedule of Fees). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Clayfield College Expectations document and the relevant College Business Regulations (either the Domestic Business Regulations or the International Business Regulations) before lodging an application.

Acknowledgement of receipt of your registration form will be forwarded in writing, together with the receipt for payment of the Registration Fee. Registration does not guarantee placement. As the year of entry draws closer, you will receive invitations to our Open Mornings which are held several times throughout the year.

Invited to interview

Enrolment interviews for entry into Primary and Secondary are held approximately two years prior to the intended entry date. Enrolment registrations will be taken at any time should a position be available. If, at this time, the College is unable to offer a place, applicants will be given the option to defer the enrolment to the Waiting List for a later Year level.

Offer of a place

Official offers of placement will be made in writing following successful interview and are valid for three weeks, or for the period as indicated on the letter of offer.

Acceptance of offer

Enrolment is not confirmed until a place has been offered and accepted by receipt of the signed and completed Acceptance of Offer form and payment of the non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation Fee (please refer to the Current Schedule of Fees).
