The Position
The Swimming Administrator provides integral support to the College Swim School. The role entails a variety of tasks which include, coordinate and facilitate the practical and administrative functions related to the provision of swimming lessons to the Clayfield Swimming Swim School
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across all Clayfield Swimming Club programs as directed by Head Coach/Operations Manager.
- Communicating with Swim School families in regard to enrolments, assessments, holiday programs and club events.
- Prepare attendance sheets for LTS lessons and ensure coaches have correct information for class marking.
- Liaise with Clayfield Marketing team in relation to social media posts and event marketing requirements.
- Liaise with Clayfield Finance team in relation to stock ordering, cash handling procedures, purchases, fee processing and invoicing procedures.
- Consistent updating and checking of SwimBiz
- Professional communication with clients, face to face, via phone calls, email and general term and holiday program communication via SwimBiz.
- Ensuring correct telephone handling and timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Oversee kiosk sales and stock control.
Key Selection Criteria
- Familiar with SwimBIZ and Thinksmart Software (desirable).
- Administrative support background.
- Current CPR certificate (desired).
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Positive Notice (“Blue Card”) for child-related employment.
- Willingness to support the College’s traditions and Christian ethos.

Conditions and Salary
- 24 Hours per week to be worked Monday to Thursday and Saturday morning.
- Term-Time – 42 working weeks per year.
- This role is a School Officer Level 2, in accordance with Presbyterian and Methodist Schools Association (PMSA) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
- Pro rata Annual leave and sick leave.
