Women's Industry Network

The Clayfield College Women's Industry Network is a unique group of accomplished women from our extended College community. They offer support, advice and networking opportunities to our Senior girls. They aim to equip our students with the skills required for the next phase of their professional life after leaving Clayfield. The group generously shares its wealth of knowledge across a wide variety of industries.

Our Vision
Clayfield College aims to instil in its Senior girls a commitment to excellence, confidence to lead, and courage and compassion to make a difference to the lives of others. What better way to develop these capacities than to introduce our girls to women who model these characteristics; women who are accomplished, who have taken risks, managed families, or not; and learned lessons the hard way.

Our Members
Every member of the Clayfield College Women's Industry Network is connected to the College in some way. Students, parents, staff and friends, both past and present, come together to connect and build strong, encouraging relationships to champion our Senior girls.

Events
The Clayfield College Women's Industry Network was officially launched in April 2014 and is supported by The Australian Institute of Management. Breakfasts are regularly held at AIM House in Spring Hill, where Senior girls have the opportunity to connect with working women and ask questions in a supportive environment.

Stay Connected
All women in our extended College community are warmly invited to stay connected by joining our professional networking LinkedIn group, Clayfield College Women's Industry Network. This forum allows our members to share ideas, provide feedback, build relationships with the Clayfield community, learn more about the issues facing women in the workforce and to connect with other like-minded women.
