Entry Requirements

Clayfield College accepts enrolments for:

  • girls from PrePrep to Year 12;
  • boys from PrePrep to Year 5; and
  • boarding from Years 5 to 12 (girls only).

Junior Schooling (PrePrep to Year 5)
Applications for enrolment may be lodged at any time. Potential applicants for enrolment are encouraged to contact the Director of Marketing & Enrolments for a tour of the College and its facilities. Where possible, a meeting with the Head of Junior Schooling or other Junior School Academic Staff may also be arranged on request. Offers for Junior Schooling entry are subject to an interview with the Head of Junior Schooling.

Students transferring from another school must include with their application a copy of their most recent school report and a copy of their birth certificate. Places are offered in order of date of application or at the Principal’s discretion where special circumstances prevail.

Clayfield College intake is at PrePrep and Prep for Junior Schooling, although applications for all Year levels will be considered subject to availability of placement. A discount system exists for siblings of current students.

Middle & Senior Schooling (Years 6 to 12)
Applications for enrolment may be lodged at any time, and must be accompanied by a copy of the student’s most recent school report and a copy of their birth certificate. Entry into Years 6 to 12 at Clayfield College is subject to an interview with the respective Head of Middle or Senior Schooling or a member of the College Leadership Team. A tour of the College and its facilities is offered.

Potential applicants for enrolment are also welcome to contact the Director of Marketing & Enrolments directly should they wish to take a tour prior to lodging application. Places are offered in order of date of application or at the Principal’s discretion where special circumstances prevail.

Clayfield College intake is at Year 6 and 8 for Middle and Senior Schooling, although applications for all Year levels will be considered subject to availability of placement. A discount system exists for siblings of current students.
