Parents & Friends Association
The Clayfield College Parents’ and Friends’ Association (P&F Association) is an essential and active member of the College community, supporting the College through fundraising and social events. There are also three support groups under the umbrella of the P&F Association and these are the Sports Support Group, the Junior Support Group and the Music Support Group.
The P&F meets at 7.00pm on the third Tuesday of each month during term time throughout the year and at each meeting there is a presentation by staff or invited speaker. These meetings are open to all parents and careivers and provide a forum for parents to express their views on any matter related to the College. It is also a wonderful opportunity to meet with other parents and members of staff from the College Leadership Team.
The P&F organises social function, such as the Welcome Drinks, to enable parents to meet and enjoy each other's company and also runs the Open Day stalls and rides, the Art Show and other functions throughout the year. The P&F oversees the operation of the Tuckshop, College Shop and the Second Hand Book Sales which rely on parent volunteers to function. These activities serve the dual purpose of raising valuable funds for the College for the benefit of all the students as well as providing an avenue for bringing the community together. The P&F welcomes and encourages members of the community to volunteer their time and efforts to be part of the P&F and its support groups.

Membership of the Clayfield P&F Association is open to parents and guardians of students attending Clayfield College, past students, parents of past students, members of the College staff and any friend of the College.
