Clayfield College will be a learning community where all are encouraged to grow, serve and develop their abilities in our Christian environment.
Our Operating Principles
Clayfield College is:
- a Presbyterian and Uniting Church school owned and governed by the Presbyterian and Methodist Schools Association (PMSA)
- a P-12 day and boarding school, providing quality education for girls and boys in Junior Schooling (P-5) and girls only in Middle and Senior Schooling (6-12)
- a Christian learning community that welcomes students from diverse cultural backgrounds and ability levels
- a school of no more than 1000 students, with a recognised family-oriented environment
- a school that provides quality pastoral care for each individual, in a safe and supportive learning environment, where personal excellence is encouraged
- a school that provides quality teaching and learning within a broad and engaging curriculum, including academic and vocational pathways
- a school that provides extensive co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that encourage participation and service to others
