Clayfield College Uniform Policy
In 2023, Clayfield College introduced a new uniform available for Prep to Year 12 students. The existing Clayfield College uniform will be able to be worn until the end of the 2025 school year.
The Uniform Shop is located off Bayview Terrace entry via Gate 6 (under the Assembly Hall), and carries the full range of Clayfield College Uniforms for sizing and purchase.
The Uniform Shop is cashless, payment can be made by EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard.
Uniform Shop standard opening hours during term time:

The uniform shop is open for extended hours after the conclusion of Term 4 and prior to the start of the new year. Appointments need to be made for fittings.
We will also be open on the first day of School for any last-minute needs before you start from 8am – 12pm.
The Uniform Company is pleased to be able to offer the convenience of online purchasing through our unique online uniform portal. All Clayfield College uniform items (except special orders) are available for purchase through the portal; payment can be made using credit card or PayPal.
All orders placed through the portal can be collected from the Uniform Shop the next trading day after the order is placed; collection is dependent on the day as the shop only trades Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
All orders will need to be processed and then available for collection by approximately 9am on the next opening day unless any unforeseen circumstances arise. All orders must be collected from the Uniform Shop.

The College has teamed up with Sustainable School Shop, to allow parents/caregivers to easily buy and sell second-hand textbooks, uniforms, and other student resources. All you need to do is to register on the Sustainable School Shop website and enter "Clayfield College" as the school name.
This service is free, so there is no cost for families. Each family that registers on the Sustainable School Shop will be given a subscription.
Croc's Cafe operates Monday to Friday, providing breakfast, morning tea and lunch for the students. Flexischools online ordering system is a very user friendly way to order your child’s lunch. Prep to Year 5 must use this service to order morning tea and lunch each day. Simply log into flexischools.com.au, register as a new parent, follow the prompts to our full menu where you select your choices. Years 6 to 12 are encouraged to also use the online Flexischools ordering system, however, the students may come to Tuckshop to purchase food with debit or credit card. No cash is accepted at Croc's Cafe.
Croc's Cafe is operated by Chartwells, Clayfield College's official catering contractor who also operate the food service in our Boarding House. Chartwells is a firm with extensive experience in providing fresh and nutritious food and a quality dining experience in educational environments.
